Registration rates 

Early Bird Registration Deadline: April 30th 2017. This deadline will be extended to May 31st but it would help the planning of this congress a lot if you do it immediately.

ISCAR Members : $650 Canadian dollars

Non-members: $750 Canadian dollars

ISCAR Members (no lunch meals): $525 Canadian dollars

Non-members (no lunch meals): $625 Canadian dollars

All preconference workshops and the PhD Day are at an additional $45.

Note – ISCAR has obtained international status from Canada Border Services Agency. Therefore, no taxes will be applied on top of registration fees. 

No meal tickets will be sold onsite.

Registration between June 1st and August 25th 2017

ISCAR Members: $795 Canadian dollars

Non-members: $895 Canadian dollars

Students: The early-bird registration fees will continue to apply in June, July and August for students.

Delegates from developing countries: The early-bird registration fees will continue to apply in June and July.

Note – ISCAR has obtained international status from Canada Border Services Agency. Therefore, no taxes will be applied on top of registration fees. 

Congress registration includes: Participation in all congress events, conference materials, hot meals at lunch (optional), morning and afternoon refreshment breaks. 

Moreover, all registered non-ISCAR members will automatically become an ISCAR member for 2017. ISCAR membership offers a number of additional benefits, including the newsletter, subscriptions to ISCAR journals, opportunities to join ISCAR interest groups, and access to discounts on resources by a number of publishers.

Cancellation or modification deadline:  Friday, July 28th 2017

Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made by Friday, July 28th 2017 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Friday, July 28th 2017 without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after Friday, July 28th 2017 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The Congress Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
